Gum injury children
Last week. My son had an accident. His bike flipped over.I see signs of him first.
He's bleeding out of his mouth. Some mouth cuts are contaminated dirt from a fall on the road, a chip of tooth, etc. These cuts should be cleaned by the doctor. Large or gaping cuts will get bits of food in them. Stitches might be needed. Cuts that show on the OUTSIDE of the lip should always be checked by the doctor. The membrane between the upper gum and upper lip is called the frenulum. This membrane may be torn when the lip is bumped. This is usually not a serious injury.I brought him to the nearest hospital. The Doctor cleaning his mouth.Makes his blood stopped flowing after that. Then stitches the gums him.
See the doctor if the laceration is very large or shifts around when the tongue is moved,the laceration won't stop bleeding,there is dirt or debris in the wound,the jaw can't be moved fully and there are other injuries
It can usually be treated at home.
Ongoing care use a soft diet for about two days. Avoid tart or spicy foods. Avoid stretching the mouth for big foods, such as whole apples or corn on the cob. Expect about 4 to 7 days to heal.

พาน้องเปรมไปทำฟันที่คลีนิคทัณฑกรรมโรงพยาบาลธรรมศาสตร์ศูนย์รังสิต
เมื่อวานน้องเปรม ปั่นจักรยานหกล้ม ใบหน้าบริเวณปากกระแทกกับพื้น ถึงกับทำให้เหงือกฉีก ฟันซี่หน้าบนสองซี่โยกคลอน พ่อเลยต้องรีบพาไปโรงพยาบาลธรรมศาสตร์ ศูนยรังสิต น้องเปรมกลัวมาก กลัวว่าคุณหมอจะถอนฟัน พ่อจึงต้องปลอบว่า ไม่มีการถอนฟัน นะ น้องเปรม แค่ไปเอายามาทานเท่านั้น เราไปถึงโรงพยาบาลราวๆ 45 นาทีหลังเกิดเหตุ ไปที่ห้องฉุกเฉิน คุณหมอมาดูอาการซักประวัติ เช่น หกล้มอย่างไร มีใครเห็นเหตุการหรือเปล่า หมดสติหรือไม่ ศรีษะฟาดพื้นหรือเป่ล่า คุณพ่ออยู่ในเหตุการณ์จึงบอกอาการได้ทั้งหมด เบื้องต้นคุณหมอตรวจดูเหงือกและฟัน ให้น้องเปรมกัดผ้าก๊อตไว้เพื่อห้ามเลือด แล้วส่งต่อน้องเปรมไปคลีนิคพิเศษทัณฑกรรม อยู่ชั้น 6 
คุณหมอใช้เวลาทำอยู่ประมาณ ครึ่งชั่วโมงก็เสร็จ แล้วบอกว่ากลับไปห้ามใช้ฟันหน้ากัดสิ่งของ อาหาร ราวๆ 2 อาทิตย์ แปรงฟันได้ใช้แปรงนุ่ม แปรงเบาๆ บ้วนปากด้วยน้ำเกลือผสมน้ำอุ่นๆ ถ้ามีไข้ให้ทานยาพารา และนัดมาดูแผลอีก 1 สัปดาห์
หลังจากเข้าเฝือกฟัน(สบเฝือกฝัน) และ เย็บเหงือก
